Dallas Ohl Q.Arb is an experienced Human Resources Professional. He has experience leading workplace investigations across varying workplace disputes. Dallas has participated in numerous conflicts as an impartial, fair investigator and developed reports with findings over numerous workplace disputes in a unionized environment. B.A from Carleton University Political Science specializing in International Relations and a minor in European and Russian Studies. As well as Certificate in Human Resource Management. He has received certifications in Workplace Investigations from Bernardi Law, as well as a certificate in conflict management from the Canadian Management Center.
He has experience in managing over thousands of conflicts that have arisen in the workplace and overseen the process for ensuring each party had a fair process when there is a dispute, disagreement or allegation. He understands that every situation is different, but the process in how it is resolved can be fair.
Community work for Dallas includes participating on the board of directors for the Stirling Agricultural Society, as well as on the board for Quinte Sailability a sailing school for persons with disabilities. He has experience as the chair for the community enrichment fund for a large dairy company and is passionate about giving back to the community.
